It appears that Miss Elizabeth is transitioning from newborn to infant. Where did the time go? It seems like we just made the choice to induce the other day. I can still remember thinking that we would have our first baby by the end of the day when we got to the hospital at 5:30 in the morning, how crazy is that? That morning is still a blur to me, I am sure John remembers it much more clearly.
John and I have loved taking care of Elizabeth and can't imagine what we did without her in our lives. Charlie and Jack are adjusting well to her as well. I can only imagine what they will do when she gets mobile!!! They will be in for it!
She loves to sit up like a big girl and talks up a storm to anyone (or anything) that will listen. A new development would be closely watching her fingers, hands , toes and feet. I am sure she will be grabbing for them all very soon. She has figured out how to get her fingers and hands in her mouth. She does really great at school, the teachers really enjoy having her in their class (or at least that is what they tell us). Elizabeth does well in the car too. We recently had a road trip to the DFW area for the birth of her first cousin, Hudson Ashley Sullivan. We are so excited that these two little ladies will grow up together and be super close.
