8 Months Old

Wow!!!  Elizabeth keeps getting closer to the 12 month marker!!  She is now a whopping 8 months old.  Last doctor check she was just under 20 lbs and very healthy overall.  She loves to chatter and is experimenting with different noises, sounds, as well as volume levels that she can make with her voice.  She enjoys watching people (especially children) when we go out and about.  She loves to play with her toys and bounce in the exersaucer.  Seems to be getting stronger each day.  John and I are eagerly awaiting crawling but she doesn't seem to be in a rush.  She does enjoy scooting on her tush or pushing herself around while sitting though.  Elizabeth does like to take her and other babies socks off.  She often hides them in the toy bins at school and then the teachers get to search for whose socks are whose.  Silly girl!!
